Features of the development of projects for the preservation of cultural heritage:

According to the legislation, any construction work is prohibited in buildings belonging to cultural heritage. Therefore, only the design of the reconstruction of buildings can be carried out there. This applies to both the territory of the buildings themselves and the land plots located next to them.
The possibility of carrying out physical work at such facilities appears only after obtaining a special permit from state bodies. There are strict rules that must be followed when designing. Restoration of cultural heritage objects should be carried out taking into account the original documentation.
