Restoration and adaptation of the building Svetlanskaya, 43, Vladivostok

The building being restored was built in 1900-1901, has three floors, with a basement and an attic, L-shaped in plan, the main (south) facade is oriented to the street. Svetlanskaya.

The project provides for the reconstruction of the Pyankov Profitable House cultural heritage site with the restoration of historical facades and the complete replacement of internal structures, the implementation of an extension from the northern facade (additional volume) and merging into a single architectural volume.
