The facility under design consists of three single-section multi-apartment buildings located on a single stylobate, into which an underground parking lot is built. Above the upper residential floor of each building, a technical space with a height of 1.79 m is provided for laying engineering communications. The first floors of the buildings are non-residential and are designed to accommodate: entrance groups to the residential part, office space, a store.

In the stylobate there is an underground parking lot with a variable number of floors (2-3 floors). The parking lot is designed under the buildings and the courtyard area within the boundaries of the allotted land. The shape of the car park is polygonal, the total maximum dimension is 77.15 x 95.2 m.
