Trade cultural and leisure center, Vladivostok

The project site is located in the area of St. Goriyskaya, 1 in Vladivostok. The chosen position of the designed building is dictated by the position of the existing residential development and driveways. The trade and cultural and leisure complex has 6 floors and a complex shape in plan. In the basement floor of the building at el. -2,950 , car parking for 8 cars, technical rooms are designed. On the first floor elev. 0,000 located - the entrance group leading through the vestibule to the lobby. From the vestibule there is an entrance to the stairs leading to the cultural and leisure complex, security room, utility rooms and an industrial goods store. On the second floor elev. +3,3000 rooms for leisure activities, including the elderly. Third and fourth floors elev. +6.6000; +9,900 accommodates club activities, including those for group and individual lessons. On the fifth floor +13,200 there are office premises, where the personnel responsible for the management of the trade and cultural and leisure complex is located.
